Friday, May 13, 2016
A great effort by Keshaun Pipken lifted the Mets to a 16-9 win in six innings over the Diamondbacks on Friday.

Keshaun rocked the Diamondbacks with two home runs. Keshaun went 4-4 in the game with five RBIs and two runs scored. Keshaun homered in the second and third innings.

Each team blasted the other's pitching, and there were 25 total runs and 29 hits during the game. Managers of the two teams seemingly emptied their bullpens in search of the win, as there were 13 pitchers used in the game.

Twelve runs in the first three innings helped the Mets blow out the Diamondbacks. An RBI single by Bryce Bowen, a walk by Ryan Gage, a walk by Jonah Rosner, and a walk by Jonah during the first inning and a walk byGarret Townsend, a home run by Keshaun, a single by Julius Dickerson, and a steal of home by Julius in the second inning fueled the Mets' offense early.

The Mets easily handled the Diamondbacks pitching as eight hitters combined for 14 hits, six RBIs and 13 runs scored.

Seven relief pitchers made sure the win didn't fall through the cracks for the Mets. Julius faced four batters in relief, while Bryce managed to record one out to aid the victory.

Four the Diamondbacks runs crossed the plate in the bottom half of the third, making the score 12-7. A two-run home run by Peter Dubey, an RBI single byBrendan Wooten, and a steal of home by Brendan triggered the Diamondbacks' comeback. Ramzi Toumi ended the inning by getting Brian Allen to strike out.
