Duties of position:

• Registration Flyers

  • Update Flyer

  • Request updated students numbers from the school

  • Share the flyer for approval

  • Sent flyers to get printed

  • Handoff the flyers to the school for distribution. 

• Update the website to new dates

  • Dates and information will be in the flyer

• Set-up Registration Email reminders

  • Initial Registration is open email

  • 1 month reminder

  • 2 week reminder

  • 1 week reminder

  • Last day reminder

• Share registration information in Facebook page/group

• Share any news and updates throughout the season through email and/or facebook

  • Cancelations

  • Event changes

  • End of year parties and events

  • Photo Night

  • Friday night lights
