Fundraising Coordinator

Duties of position:

• Coordinating Fundraising Programs
  • Contact various fundraising opportunities (Previous fundraisers; Marrianna’s, Cooke Tavern Soups, Mr. Stickey’s, etc)
  • Confirm program details
  • Verify that the fundraiser is a good fit for BEYS
  • Setting up the order forms and distribution
  • Scheduling order form deadlines
  • Coordinating pick-up/delivery of the fundraising orders
• Coordinating Sponsorships
  • Cultivating relationships with local businesses to help support the program
  • Coordinating the creation of support banners and signs for sponsors
